Memorial Day Flash Sale.
Lasts May 18th - May 22nd

In many rural areas, access to high-quality performance training and rehabilitation resources can be limited. I want to help change that by bringing education, guidance, and structured training programs directly to the Lakeview community.
My background in kinesiology and ongoing doctoral training in physical therapy have given me a strong foundation in human movement, injury prevention, and performance. I’ve developed a deep interest in how strength and conditioning, mobility training, and evidence-based rehabilitation can work together to not only improve athletic performance but also reduce the risk of injury and improve long-term health.
My goal is to bridge the gap between fitness and healthcare by teaching individuals how to train with purpose. Whether someone is an athlete trying to get faster and more explosive or an adult looking to stay active and pain-free, I believe quality movement should be accessible, understandable, and practical.
At Lakeview Community Wellness Center, we're excited to introduce a new Plyometrics & Mobility Program designed specifically for high school athletes who want to move better, jump higher, and perform at the next level.
The program focuses on speed & explosiveness, injury prevention, flexibility & mobility, and real training methods used by collegiate athletes.
